Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to “Memories: My Story, My Choice” (“Memories”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Platform and the content within it. By accessing or using Memories, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Content Distribution Policy

2.1 Prohibited Content Distribution

We appreciate the enthusiasm and creativity inspired by Memories. However, to protect the integrity of the game and its premium content, the following distribution policies apply:

Unreleased Content: Sharing any unreleased content from Memories is considered a serious crime and is punishable by law. Unauthorized disclosure of such content will result in severe legal consequences.

Premium Content: It is strictly prohibited to distribute premium content such as CG (special illustrations) without applying a filter. Special illustrations shared on social media must be censored, covering at least 50% of the entire image. Any unfiltered sharing of premium content is a violation of these Terms.

Streaming and Video Sharing Policy: Online streaming and sharing gameplay of Memories content through video is allowed, but only under the following conditions:
- Streamers/creators may only showcase the first 10 episodes of any story.
- Streaming or sharing video without adding original commentary and the streamer’s/creator’s voice is prohibited. The stream must include the streamer’s personal input to differentiate it from the original content.

2.2 Trust and Ethics

We believe in the ethical standards and integrity upheld by the Memories community. We trust that users will respect the hard work and creativity invested in the game and adhere to these Terms. Unauthorized distribution of content is not only a breach of these Terms but may also have legal consequences. We trust our users to maintain a fair gaming experience for everyone.

3. Plagiarism and Copyright Issues

3.1 Plagiarism

Plagiarism is strictly prohibited on the Memories platform. Users must ensure that all content they create, share, or distribute is original and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Any instance of plagiarism will be treated as a serious violation of these Terms.

3.2 Copyright Infringement

All content within Memories, including but not limited to visual assets, stories, characters, and user-generated content, is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content without explicit permission from the copyright holder is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

3.3 Reporting Infringement

If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes on your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately with the following information:

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

A description of where the infringing material is located on the Platform.

Your contact information, including your name, address, and email address.

A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

We will respond to all notices of alleged copyright infringement and take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to the infringing content.

4. Consequences of Policy Violations

We encourage all users to comply with these regulations. Memories Interactive will collaborate with various social media platforms to enforce this policy. Violating the content distribution policy, engaging in plagiarism, or infringing on copyright may result in the removal of the offending content, termination of access to the Platform, and blocking of associated accounts across social media platforms. Legal action may also be pursued if necessary. This applies to platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Wattpad, and others.

5. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the Platform, and continued use of the Platform after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
